The short version. This site has no ads, no cookies, no tracking pixels and no payments. It stores one random identifier in your browser to count the funnel and to keep the price you saw consistent. If you join the launch list, we keep your email, state and CDL class until launch, email you once, and delete on request.

Measurement

We use GoatCounter to count page views and button taps (price, waitlist, print). GoatCounter sets no cookies and does not identify visitors; see its privacy policy. The same events are also sent to our own database on Cloudflare with a random identifier stored in your browser's local storage, a page path, the price variant you saw and, if present, the campaign tag in the link you arrived from. These event records do not contain your name or email address.

Waitlist

The waitlist form stores your email address, the state where you plan to test and your CDL class in a database on Cloudflare (D1). We use it to send one launch email and to decide which states to cover first. It is never sold, shared or added to another list. Reply "remove" to any email, or write to [email protected], and the record is deleted.

Payments

This site takes no payments. The app will be sold through the App Store; any purchase happens under Apple's terms and privacy policy, and we never see your card details.

iPhone app

The iPhone app stores practice progress and recordings on your device. Speech practice uses on-device recognition; audio and transcripts are not sent to our analytics service. You can delete recordings in the app. The app has no user account.

Optional app analytics

Sharing basic app usage through TelemetryDeck is optional and off by default. Analytics starts only after you turn it on. Signals include feature interactions, purchase outcomes, app and device information, and a hashed random app-specific identifier. They do not include recordings, transcripts, school names, practice records, contact details or transaction identifiers. We use this information to understand and improve the app, not for advertising or cross-app tracking. You can turn sharing off again in the app's State settings; pending analytics requests are stopped and unsent queued signals discarded.
